Designer touches transformed this historic San Francisco Victorian into a light and bright stylish home while maintaining some of the historic character. The addition of ground floor living space with a new master bedroom, bath, laundry, and closet that replaced the old crawl space. A new foundation, complete electrical rewiring, plumbing systems, and hydronic heating throughout, along with modern sound and thermal insulation transform a beautiful old house into a modern, warm, comfortable home.
